Tinkerbell in the Fountain of Hearts….
In response to Bina’s miracle story
We often stumble upon
The joys and sorrows
Which we identify
Which we live and die
Still we ponder and
Say with Wonder
Why?
Why don’t we remember
The first ray of hope
Which enlightens our heart
Why do we miss to feel
The first kiss which
Evokes the human in us
Why we forget to hear
The first words of our baby
Why we don’t feel
The miracle of
Holding our first born
Why we brush away
Wonder of a child
Growing in the womb
The feel and touch of
Women’s swollen belly
Who is about to give birth
Don’t you think is a
Pure Miracle,
A wonder, a boon
We all have our Tinkerbell
In the fountain of hearts
Who listens and fulfill
Our uncountable desires
And tender wishes
Who walks with us
When we are too tired to move
Who sings us lullaby
When we are too stressed to sleep
We have lost the power
To feel her presence
We are too involved in
Drama and pretence
We have become too logical
We seek answer to
Simple questions
We are confused in this
World of strife
We have stopped
Seeing and believing
We have closed eyes to
Simple miracles of life

Hi MU
Yes indeed. I love the face of a pregnent woman, as if she is holding the miracle in her grown tummy.:)))
Thanks a lot MU for this lovely comment and your visit.

Promilla : Wonderful perspective, the creation of new life is a miracle in itself - no need to find miracles elsewhere.

You're so right!! Each and every one of us must have experienced life's little miracles. And yet we're waiting for that one big miracle that'll change our lives!!! How sad is that??

Hi Bina
We are running after miracles which are just dreams and ignoring the real ones. I really feel that we are to be blamed for this. Our perception needs cleaning:-))
Thanks bina for giving the chance to express our miracles. This was sweet.
Love
